3. By opting into the Holistic Nick Lead Follow-Up SMS Program, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry and interest in our services. These messages may include:
Receiving your application
Scheduling links
Meeting reminders, rescheduling, or confirmation
Program info and limited-time enrollment updates
4. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from us.
You will receive up to 4 messages per week following your enquiry. Additional messages may be sent if you reply or request further assistance.

5. Acceptable Use: You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share your account access with unauthorized third parties
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any AI models or proprietary systems
Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without permission
Use the Service to build competing products or services
6. Intellectual Property: The Service, including all content, features, AI models, prompts, frameworks, and functionality, is owned by Holistic Nick and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content: The AI bots and tools provided through the Service generate outputs based on your inputs and our proprietary training data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it in your business.
8. Payment and Refunds: Payment terms are established at the time of your enrollment in the Holistic Nick program. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your enrollment agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holistic Nick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results achieved through use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
11. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms: We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, just opt in as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
